Sarah - Manager

Sarah joined Scooby Dooz as the full time manager in September/November 2008. 

She stepped into the role with ease and immediately began to organise and create a fantastic team.

Sarah has a dog of her own called Chester.  She has owned dogs her entire life. Originally from the UK moving to Australia in 2004 her background is in child care management. She was brought out to Australia to help build and run six childcare centres on the Northern Beaches.

Four years later her passion for dogs took over and when the opportunity arose she made the move to Scooby Dooz Doggy Day Care & Grooming and has never looked back.

Sarah has a training background and has a certificate in advanced canine communication. This year she is hoping to complete her qualification as a canine behaviour specialist. She also holds her Canine First Aid and has almost completed her canine myofunctional therapy qualification (canine massage).

Vanessa

Vanessa – or Ness as she has become known, is originally from  Birmingham in the Uk. 

Arriving in Australia in 2008 to start a new life with her fiance she has been a lover of our canine counterparts for all of her life. 

Vanessa completed a National Uk Diploma in animal husbandry and finds working with animals a rewarding and enjoyable experience. 

Vanessa joined the team in October 2009 and brings with her  fresh ideas and enthusiasm for our business.

Kiyoko

Kiyoko has been with Scoobydooz since 2007. 

Originally from Japan, she is an excellent groomer with a wealth of experience in all styles. Kiyoko enjoys grooming all dogs, but has a passion for poodles and shihtzus. 

Kiyoko has a high work ethic and enjoys making sure that the grooms she produces are to the exact specification of the owners. 

Kiyoko intends to remain in Australia with her partner of 2 years and is constantly striving for that perfect groom ... personally we think she already has it!

Kiyoko recently won the Summergroom poodle competition and came runner up over all the novice grooming classes.

Caitlin

Caitlin is an Aussie through and through, moving with her partner from the central coast in 2009. 

Caitlin has owned and loved dogs most of her life and has gained experience in basic grooming.  Her passion for the job and work ethics are outstanding as is her care and attention to detail.

Caitlin has a passion for all dogs but especially staffies.  She has many fresh ideas for the future of Scoobydooz.

Joy

Joy can be seen helping out here at Scoobydooz on a casual basis.  She has extensive experience with dogs, previously working in a daycare role and also in an animal welfare role.  Joy owns her own dog Baron
